This is the portal for guided self help applications developed by Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust (CNTW) working in partnership with Hearing the Voice at Durham University and Tees Esk and Wear Valley NHS Foundation Trust (TEWV).

The tools have been developed to be an helpful aid towards better managing unusual sensory exeriences and furthering your personal recovery journey.
